Program Format
The program combines online learning with in-person training. Fellows will take part in virtual workshops within regional and cross-regional groups, along with continuous mentorship and coaching.
A highlight of the program is the week-long in-person training in Stockholm (May 2025), where all 100 fellows come together for interactive workshops, practical exercises, and peer collaboration. This onsite session strengthens cross-border networks and provides hands-on experience.

- Have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Be a legal resident of one of these countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, or Ukraine.
- Be fully available to participate in all components of the fellowship.
- Commit to applying their new skills and insights to benefit their organization and community.
